About Me
Hi, I am Sue and I’m a certified health coach and very passionate about living a long healthy life. I have had my share of health issues, but I can still do a cartwheel! I hope to use my passion to make an impact and help others make sustainable, long lasting changes. I want to cheer others on their journey and help them reach their goals.
My program focuses on the importance of nutrition, movement, stress relief, sleep, and gratitude combined with behavior change. This program will help you improve your overall health, possibly ward off a serious or chronic illness, improve your eating habits and maybe you will lose a pound or two!
Behavior change is hard, but I believe changing our behavior is the single most important step that we can take to prevent serious health issues. Behavior change will change your life.
I am not extraordinary or exceptional – I am just like you. But if you are looking to be inspired, motivated or if you just want to know you are not alone – you’re on the right site.

Cartwheel
A cartwheel is a sideways rotary movement of the body. It’s called a cartwheel because the performer’s arms and legs move in a fashion similar to the spokes of a turning wheel.
Cartwheels are fun! Have you ever seen a kid on the beach cartwheeling? You just know they’re having fun.
The beauty of a cartwheel is that it doesn’t have to be perfect – you just have to get your legs to the other side of your body.
